Council Review of Outdoor Advertising Opportunities

The London Borough of Merton ("the Council") is inviting quotations from suitably qualified and experienced providers to draft a comprehensive specification and provide a fee quote in respect of undertaking the task of identifying advertising opportunities within the Council's property portfolio. Opportunities must be reasonably sensitive in terms of location and realistic in terms of planning ("Quotations").
