Brief Description of Requirement The UK Space Agency (UKSA) is looking for a supplier to produce a ten-year strategy for the NSpOC OBSERVE* capability that is (1) fit for current and future purpose, (2) reflects the needs of stakeholders (including HMG user requirements), (3) is coordinated and integrated with existing strategies, (4) delivers value for money, and (5) provides a strategy which guides government investments in future R&D, hardware and software developments/procurements, and collaborations over the long-term.
