## Description

Refurbishment of IT Suites in JDC 2\.02-05 and 3\.01-05 including removal of partition walls to create larger rooms\. Folding partitions will be installed to allow flexibility in occupancy\. Create larger capacity rooms in order to reduce the number of repeated lessons, allowing academic staff more opportunity for research\. This is a Further Competition under the Procure Partnership Construction Services £50k-£1m, using JCT Intermediate Contract\.
