CR20135 - Non-domestic buildings performance-based energy rating scheme research

All tender information MUST be submitted through the Delta eSourcing Portal. The aim of the research is to build the evidence base on the existing non-domestic building stock (above 1,000 m2). This will give the BEIS team a better understanding of metering in the non-domestic building stock and help inform the development of the scheme. This research will also be of interest to other non-domestic energy policies such as PRS MEES1 (minimum standards for energy efficiency in the private rented sector), SBEES2 (the Small Business Energy Efficiency Scheme) and ESOS3 (Energy Saving Opportunity Scheme).
