## Description

Unitas are looking to appoint a single contractor to carry out asbestos removal works on Unitas's responsive repairs, void properties, aids & adaptations, disabled facilities grants, safe and warm homes and central heating contracts\. The contract period will be 12 months commencing 1st April 2023\. The works will be awarded based on MEAT evaluation and the split will be 60% price and 40% technical\.
