## Description

A project to support budding entrepreneurs and fledgling businesses, the contract will include the adaptation and fit-out of around 1,185m3 of floor space to provide co-worker spaces, meeting areas and studio/workshop facilities; all supported by super-fast broadband infrastructure\.
