## Description

The London Borough of Hillingdon \(the Council\) seeks to appoint the services of a fully qualified and experienced heritage consultant to identify the required repairs to a Grade 11\* Listed Building, to produce a specification for the required repairs, to assist with the tendering of the requirements and to monitor and check the standards of the works that are subsequently carried out\. Additional information: The quotations for these services are being sought through the Council's e-tendering portal, www\.capitalesourcing\.com\. The tender documentation is only available for download from the portal\. Quotations received will be evaluated on the basis of 80% Price and 20% Quality as set out in the Council's tender documentation\.
