## Description

The swimming pool fence is in a poor state of repair and in urgent need of replacement\. The requirement is to remove the existing damaged and decayed fencing and replace with a more robust fit for purpose fence\. These works are urgent due to a H&S risk and need to be completed by the end of June\. This has been further highlighted by Iain Parkinson and the H&S team\.
