## Description

Wirral Council is seeking to appoint a multi-disciplinary consultancy to develop an Integrated Masterplan and associated delivery plan for Liscard Town Centre\. The masterplan will articulate a clear and strong vision for the future of the town centre and provide a framework to drive forward and guide the sustainable regeneration and renewal of Liscard over the next ten years\.
