Building services planned preventative maintenance including testing, servicing and maintenance to various E\.C\.C\. Corporate Property sites\. To include: Fixed gas / oil installations , boilers and associated plant Air conditioning systems and AHU's, louvres and duct work Fan extraction systems Co monitors Power factor systems\. Bidders will need to demonstrate and evidence relevant previous experience in carrying out similar contracts of this type\.
