Work description
The coal authority invites you to tender for the provision of the rebuild of a boundary wall and outhouses at Allen court, Kirkcaldy, Scotland, which were lowered as a result of subsidence damage and associated demolition works.
Tenderers must appreciate the importance attached to the appearance and coursing of the proposed whinstone and sandstone mixed cladding, as this will have to closely resemble that which existed originally in order to satisfy the Planning Department.
Tenders must be completed and submitted electronically through the InBye e-tendering portal by the due date and time. In order to register for this opportunity please log on to https://inbye.coal.gov.uk/s2c/. Once your organisation is registered and you have been notified of your log in details, you will be able to log into the system and review the documentation for this project. Please see the attached registration guidance for further details.
Additional information: We shall be holding a site visit on Wednesday 06 March 2019 at 10:00 so tenderers can get a better understanding of the site and raise questions to assist with their bid. Further details can be found in the tender documentation.
