## Description

NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit \(SCW\) have awarded a contract to provide quality improvement \(QI\) programme consultancy services\. Outline work package includes: • Facilitation and delivery of teaching and learning events to support provider collaboratives to deliver QI activity and outcomes, with a health inequalities focus, at scale and pace\. • Support provider collaboratives in building their capability for change through utilising shared approaches to improvement\. • Support board-level peer support through the development of a peer-learning network that will encourage shared learning across provider collaboratives\. • Identify and share key learnings with system partners, including at an ICS level\. • Generate and share board-level actionable insights on how to lead improvement across organisational boundaries with provider collaboratives\. • Share regular insights with NHS England on what opportunities there are nationally and regionally to support capacity for systematic improvement approaches\. • Lay the foundations for the programme to continue its work beyond the 15-month pilot\.
