Cornwall Airport Newquay - Concrete and Jointing Repairs

Corserv on behalf of Cornwall Airport Newquay is seeking a competent and experienced contractor to carry out runway and taxiway concrete and jointing repairs.

The works package is as follows: Grind, drill, cut and rout defective thin bonded repair to concrete aprons Remove old weathered overband seal and saw new HP joint Apply new thin bonded repair, epoxy filler and joint sealant Investigate cause of settlement of sunken taxiway asphalt Removal and replacement of binder and surface course to existing levels Removal and replacement of concrete bays

The works will need to be conducted outside the Airports normal operating hours, mainly at night.

The intention is to award the works to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 30% Quality and 70% Price.
