## Description

Wolverhampton City Council \(CWC\) on behalf of Black Country Transport \(BCT\) is seeking an organisation to provide specialist consultancy to support the development of the A454 Phase 3 scheme that encompasses the section of the A454 around the junctions with Neachells Lane and Noose Lane\.
