GB-Watford: Planned Maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical Assets

Watford Borough Council (the Council) is inviting tenders for planned preventative and reactive maintenance for its Mechanical and Electrical Assets. This contract will provide the Council with one contract and one supplier across all of its sites delivering servicing and planned and reactive maintenance for all Mechanical and Electrical assets at those sites. Sub-contracting parts of the service requirement is acceptable but not preferred. The Council's assets will meet the standard of maintenance and repair as defined in BESA SFG20 guidelines (particularly for Statutory Maintenance).
