Brief Description of Requirement

This is a new request and there have been no recent procurement activities in this field. As part of the urban systems strategy and net zero places work, we are considering all opportunities for innovation and trying to create a picture to understand the gaps and opportunities which will inform where Innovate UK could support and act to help to achieve UK goals and drive growth. The urban systems team within Innovate UK consider all impacts on people in the urban environment and how we can achieve net zero places and smarter cities. The scope of the report is to look at the UK and only look at global activity from a benchmarking perspective. Exclude the provision of wastewater services Scope should pertain to the areas outlined below; specific outcomes are detailed in section 2 of this document. The report should be completed by 31st March 2022.
