Flooring Works - Various housing blocks, Newcastle upon Tyne

Newcastle City Council require a sub-contractor to carry out flooring works to housing blocks at Church Walk House, Theresa Russell House, Lort House, Pandon Court and King Edward Tower. This is a re-procurement of DN418572 and some changes have been made to ITT Schedule 5 - Evaluation Method Statement 3 in which we no longer require 2 no FTE Customer Care/Tenant Liaison Officers as Newcastle City Council Building and Commercial enterprises will be managing the contract.
