## Description

Nottinghamshire County Council have recently reviewed and refreshed a transformation portfolio and are looking for an external consultant to review, further define and provide assurance for the deliverable benefits of each of the transformation programmes\. The key focus of this analysis will be on identification and deliverability of financial benefits\. We would also like the partner to work with the Transformation team to establish a sustainable project benefits realisation framework to provide tools that can be used in future to deliver this work\.
