## Description

The Littlewoods Studios Project is to convert the former art deco Littlewoods Pools Building, Edge Lane Liverpool into a combined film studios \(to be occupied by Time \+ Space Studios\), education space \(to be occupied by Liverpool John Moores University 'LJMU'\), and flexible office space\. LCC and the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority \("the Public Authorities"\) wish to appoint a Funders' Technical Advisor/Monitoring Surveyor to 1\. Undertake an initial comprehensive pre-funding review of the proposed arrangement 2\. monitor the performance of C&C \(as Development Manager\) and the design and construction team 3\. assist the Public Authorities to understand and manage project risks as funders\. A detailed scope of work is attached to this opportunity\.
