Revenues & Benefits System Backlog Support

The contract is for the provision of specialist support services to the Council's Revenues and Benefits service for a period of 4 months with the option to extend in any period up to a further 14 months. This contract has been awarded under the RM6259 - Vertical Application Solutions Framework (GCA). The appointed supplier will provide experienced resources to undertake the triaging, processing and management of outstanding cases, supporting the reduction of service backlogs and contributing to the timely and effective delivery of Revenues and Benefits functions.
