## Description

The provision of Emergency Temporary Accommodation for Rochford District Council It is envisaged that this Contract will be awarded to all Private Landlords, Letting Agents, or other capable organisations, that meet our minimum requirements\. This framework will be for a period of 3 years plus 2 x 12 month extensions\.
