North London Waste Authority is seeking a Financial Consultant to advise and support on: 1\. the North London Heat and Power Project, including advice on capital investment options, funding approach and risk profiles, benefits and revenue costs associated with various options; and 2\. all aspects of the Authority's waste management requirements and consequential impacts on other aspects of the Authority's activities\.
