MH 0100 - Removal Services Across Group - AWARD

Description

Midland Heart are looking for a high-quality solution to provide a removal services, from reputable providers that deliver a service that is demonstrably focused around the needs of Midland Heart and provide value for money for customers. The requirement for a suitably experienced company for the provision of removal services will include by not limit the following: oTo move goods & furniture on behalf of customers between domestic sites. This may include supporting the movement of goods and furniture between corporate sites from time to time. o And to support house clearances and keep goods in storage. The services are required across a range of different stock and tenure's including Void properties, General Needs properties, Retirement and Supported Living properties, Home Options (Leasehold and Shared Ownership) properties and Mutual Properties. This Contract will be awarded for a duration of 2 years with an option for an extension for up to 3 years in increments (2+1), which maybe a single extension or a series of extensions but no more than 5 years in total.
