0018 Commercial Intelligence & Unit Cost Modelling

provision of services within the Commercial Intelligence team, part of Commercial & Procurement Commercial Services Division. The Commercial Intelligence team has strategic oversight of the efficiency target and supports the delivery directorates to achieve good business outcomes by developing unit cost, time and supplier intelligence required for effective decision making. This in turn is used to evidence achievement of the Efficiency KPI to our Monitors the Office of Rail & Road (ORR).

This activity is separate and distinct from the activities of the delivery directorates in generating and delivering efficiencies.
