Description

The list is not exhaustive and is not a guarantee of actual workload: Legal advice specific to PHSO business needs to include: 1. Professional advice on PHSO casework, for example jurisdictional advice. 2. Professional advice regarding Judicial Review. 3. Professional advice relating to any other form of litigation, for example breach of contract, Equality Act and small claims. 4. To conduct litigation on behalf of PHSO, to include but not limited to Judicial Review. 5. Property Services: Leases, licences, deeds of variation and property related legal issues. 6. Employment issues including litigation. 7. Information: Issues relating to the Data Protection Act; General Data Protection Regulations, Freedom of Information data sharing and data security etc. 8. General advice relating to contracting issues relating to external PHSO contractors.
