## Description

The University require a tool that can capture and output an accurate detailed textured digital model of real-world environments\. The output needs to be a coherent polygonal model with a minimum of artifacts - with high resolution UV texture or textures containing as few holes as possible\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\.
