Please go to www\.yortender\.co\.uk to access this opportunity Kirklees Council are seeking to procure autism training for staff to enable them to: • Explain what an Autism Spectrum Condition is in relation to undertaking the assessment • Make reasonable adjustments to carry out social care assessments • Undertake person centred assessments which respond to the specific needs of people with autism including effective support planning • Explain the transition pathway into adult social care • Explain what support is available to help someone with autism into employment\.
