Individual has been providing interim finance business support to a number complex financial issues relating to schools and children's services, including the proposed transformation of children's social care programme. These complex projects are at key stages of development and require ongoing professional financial support. Pending restructure of the Finance function where permanent business partner appointments will be sourced, it would not be cost-effective to remove the support [this individual] is providing at present.
