Bike Share Scheme VEAT Notice

Description

Watford Borough Council (the Council) intends to enter into a deed of variation to vary and extend the contract with Smidsy Ltd T/A Beryl (the Contractor) dated 22 October 2019 (the Underlying Contract) for the provision of a bike share scheme in Watford. The Underlying Contract was originally procured under Procurement reference BIP435546557 and published on 11 October 2019. The maximum total of this contract extension sum is £254,275 (£50,855 p.a. x 5 years) and would commence on 1 April 2026 when the current contracts ends (on 31 March 2026) for a period of 5 years with a rolling break clause from year 3 on 12 month's notice.
