## Description

Watford Borough Council \(the Council\) intends to enter into a deed of variation to vary and extend the contract with Smidsy Ltd T/A Beryl \(the Contractor\) dated 22 October 2019 \(the Underlying Contract\) for the provision of a bike share scheme in Watford\. The Underlying Contract was originally procured under Procurement reference BIP435546557 and published on 11 October 2019\. The maximum total of this contract extension sum is £254,275 \(£50,855 p\.a\. x 5 years\) and would commence on 1 April 2026 when the current contracts ends \(on 31 March 2026\) for a period of 5 years with a rolling break clause from year 3 on 12 month's notice\.
