Newry, Mourne and Down District Council ('The Council') intends to appoint an external training supplier(s) to provide a range of eight cross-cutting corporate (applicable to more than one department in Council) training courses under three lots, for a period of 3 years subject to continual satisfactory performance of the supplier(s) against relevant KPIs.
