Lancaster University is inviting tenders on the terms set out in the attached ITT for refurbishment of one of its main commercial food outlets, The Deli. We seek to appoint a supplier who can design and execute a scheme which will refit The Deli to a high standard improving the quality of the offering and increasing revenue. A track record of such refurbishments is essential.
