PROJ10096 - An Independent Review of Results delivered through the BRAC Strategic Partnership Arrangement Contract Award

The overall objective for this review is to conduct an independent assessment of a selection of BRAC reported figures for the SPA II RF that will support the DFID annual review process in 2019. In addition, through this process support BRAC to learn lessons to help improve the underlying data systems and methodologies used.
