The project should enable lonely and isolated people over 50, and those who are at risk of becoming lonely and isolated, in the chosen ward to access transport better\. In particular, individuals should be supported to access transport in a way that will enable them to improve their social connectedness and offer opportunities to engage with other people in their local community or elsewhere in Sheffield\.
