Work description
NHS Norwich Clinical Commissioning Group (acting as coordinating Commissioner), NHS South Norfolk CCG, NHS North Norfolk CCG and NHS West Norfolk CCG are to procure care services within a Nursing Care Home, and Domiciliary Care, for patients who are eligible for NHS CHC funding.
The submission time and date for responses will be 12 noon - 30th September 2016. Relevant ITT and specification documentation will be available via https://eoecph.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.shtml where providers will be expected to register in order to access and respond to this requirement.
