## Description

Provision of an enhanced due diligence / risk management tool to comply with legislation on Anti-Money Laundering \("AML"\), Anti-Bribery and Corruption \("ABC"\), individual or company background checks \(Know your Client "KYC"\), a negative news check, sanctions, and politically exposed person \(PEP\) check and company's litigation history\. The contract shall have a two year subscription period with the option for a one year extension\. The value of the contract will range between £266,774 and £503,809\.50 excluding VAT depending on the execution of the available extension option\.
