Award of a call off contract under the Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of Reading Lead for prisoners at HMP Belmarsh\. The supplier will deliver a course to develop reading skills/ reading for pleasure, to encourage non-readers and reluctant readers to engage in reading and improve their reading ability whilst gaining independence and confidence\.
