Care and Support Services in Extra Care Housing at Elizabeth Gardens

The Council is seeking a Provider to deliver adult social care and housing related support for Older Adults within extra care housing, known as Elizabeth Gardens.

The purpose of the Service is to enable Service Users to remain in their own homes, living as independently as possible and to achieve and maintain their potential in relation to physical, intellectual, emotional and social capacity.
