CPI has ambitions to triple its headcount in the next three years. As part of our strategic plan to deliver this growth, CPI is looking to appoint a suitably experienced contractor to help us articulate a strong and unique employer brand that we can activate effectively with three key audiences: prospective employees (to increase direct applications), current employees (to increase engagement and retention) and alumni (to maintain engagement and drive referrals and returns).
