CPI has ambitions to triple its headcount in the next three years\. As part of our strategic plan to deliver this growth, CPI is looking to appoint a suitably experienced contractor to help us articulate a strong and unique employer brand that we can activate effectively with three key audiences: prospective employees \(to increase direct applications\), current employees \(to increase engagement and retention\) and alumni \(to maintain engagement and drive referrals and returns\)\.
