Renewal of the support agreement for Opentext WCM \(WEB Manager Licence\) This software product provides the Content Management system for the MCA which includes the MNET, MLD, OMS and the Public Website Estate\. Currently DfT are looking to bring into line all the agencies and departments under one provider for WEB content management\.
