26547 - Heat Decarbonisation Programme Phase B.2

Description

Plymouth City Council (PCC) have almost completed Phase A, parts 1 & 2 and are in progress with Phase B Part 1 of their decarbonisation programme. PCC are now continuing with Phase B Part 2 tackling more of their building estate to further contribute to their Net Zero by 2030 ambitions. The next phase of this is focused on six council properties, the first two of which have been identified and the remainder are pending site selection. These buildings need to be surveyed, and their feasibility for decarbonisation tested, to assist in making strategic funding decisions.
