Decant and Emergency Accommodation

Description

Rooftop Housing Association Limited have awarded a contract to Jigsaw Conferences Limited for an accommodation-sourcing, booking and customer liaison service to enable Rooftop to decant customers from their home and provide them with alternative temporary accommodation in instances where significant and/or disruptive works are required to their home, either on a planned basis or arising from an emergency. Contract was procured as a direct award via Procurement for Housing Accommodation & Decant Managed Services Framework: Lot 1 - Lot 1 - Accommodation and Decant Managed Services (Notice with reference number 2023/S 000-012741). Contract value is estimated at £270,000 (£90,000 per annum) with no commitment to spend that amount. Contract period is from 16 February 2026 to 15 February 2027 with the option to extend by 12 months and a further option to extend by 12 months.
