SCC - MS - Waste Operations Procurement: Operational Technical Support Services

Description

SCC is seeking a Technical Advisor to support delivery of the procurement. The proposed service packages that SCC would like to procure to start from October 2029 are: The operation of: - A network of six WTS - two of which are being procured as Design, Build, Finance, Operate (DBFO) and are currently in the planning phase - 14 CRC including the offtake of all material deposited at CRCs excluding: - Residual waste - Green waste - Dry recycling - Including the haulage of all relevant bulked material - Green waste treatment - Street sweepings treatment The Technical Advisor will be required to deliver and support on the operational specifications and bidder dialogue, along with the requirement to input as a Critical Friend to the offtake contracts.
