12-month rapid response service and maintenance contract for Attestor forensic equipment Applicable for: 2 x NINcha M31 chamber: s/n 206-2000-269,206-2000-270 and 1 x NINcha L31 chamber: s/n 206-300-128 Plus 4 x MEGAfumes chambers: Serial numbers 160- 1000-016, 160-1000-018, 160-1000-019, 160-1000-021 Plus 2 x MOBIfume systems serial numbers:- System 1: fuming units: 150-1100-070, 150- 1100-171; humidifiers: 150-1200-170, 150-1200-171 System 2: fuming units 150-1100-172, 150-1100- 173 humidifiers: 150-1200-172, 150-1200-173

1 x NINcha P31 system Consists of: - • Unlimited / email Telephone support • Up to 2 x emergency call outs on site normally within2-3 days (generally not wekeends) • Preventative Maintenance (PM) visit 2 days on site. Customer provided with service inspection report. • Parts not included in the contact and will be invoiced separately • Labour and travelling expenses per call out included either from ForenteQ or outsourced to the manufacturer Attestor Forensics GmbH (if required) • Call out defined as one specfic reported issue regardless of number of visited required to fix the issue. • Includes IS017025 traceable calibration of MEGAfume and MOBIfume systems carried out at the same time as the PM visit.
