CPQ1537-17 Adult Safeguarding and Mental Capacity Act Training Courses

DSAB is looking for a sole Supplier who, in accordance with the stated course aims and objectives, can provide both of the following courses to help train Delegates to be competent to safeguard adults at risk of abuse:

a) A one-day person focused Adult Safeguarding course delivered to a maximum of 24 people. This course will support Delegates to develop requisite knowledge and skills, enabling them to become competent in their own responsibilities within local and national policies and guidance when managing cases of suspected adult abuse, using multi-disciplinary and Making Safeguarding Personal approaches.

b) A one-day person focused Mental Capacity Act course delivered to a maximum of 24 people. This course will support Delegates in developing the requisite knowledge and skills to enable them to become competent and understand their accountabilities within the legislation.
