Staffed Outreach Roadshow Bus for NHS Health Checks and CVD prevention

The NHS Health Check Programme aims to support eligible adults aged 40-74 to identify and reduce their risk of developing cardiovascular disease (CVD). The Health Check involves several measurements and lifestyle questions, the results of which inform a behaviour change conversation and lead to clinical follow up where necessary. Medway Council are responsible for ensuring the statutory obligations of the NHS Health Programme are met within Medway.
