Description
Test Valley Borough Council wishes to appoint a consultant team to undertake a Development Options Appraisal to identify and evaluate potential development opportunities for the Council-owned Former Magistrates Court site in Andover Town Centre. This work will include evaluating the broad range of possible uses for this site, and then reducing these options to a shortlist of uses deemed the most commercially, economically, and socially beneficial by eliminating those that are not deliverable or desirable.
