## Description

In order to comply with our legal duties as a RSL the group requires the services of a company to carry out and produce Fire Risk Assessments \(FRA's\) and associated reports to approximately 175 shops and commercial properties within the Group's portfolio to ensure so far as is reasonably practicable that no person is put at risk from a fire occurring in any or our premises and that procedural measures are maintained at each site commesurate with the risk
