GB-Brentwood: Conversion of one four-bedroom house into two apartments

Brentwood Borough Council is the current freehold owner of 17 Crescent Road, Brentwood. The property has had a number of former residential occupants and uses and is currently vacant. To regenerate the property and create additional residential accommodation, the Council propose to convert the existing semi-detached 4-bedroom property into 2no. self-contained apartments with a shared entrance.
